Over the years we've bought a few cars from car dealers. The experience, until this time, has been that the salesman, plus others, made us feel that we're being schemed to buy a car. The salesmen were not that friendly to begin with. Even if they were friendly, we didn't feel very much at ease. With Koeppel, we just felt very much relaxed. No pressure sale situation. Everything we felt was on the up and up. The salesman especially was very down to earth kind of a person.
