I recently bought a Certified Nissan Altima Hybrid from Koeppel Nissan. From the moment I walked onto the parking lot I was greeted by the Sales team with a smile.. I was introduced to their Service manager Bob, ( who also was very friendly and helpful in my decision process). I was undecided between a Maxima and the Hybrid Altima. The Sales Managers ( Saiful and Nelson) and the Finance manager (Mr. Chong) were very helpful also in giving me guidance without any pressure tactics.
