He and his manager,Dexter painstakingly answered, what seemed to be a plethora of questions asked by my friend and myself. Octavio even took me for a test drive during a heavy rainfall- best time to test drive, actually. Dexter worked with me,after hours, during the price negotiation process. When there were minor issues installing the alarm, Heather greeted my endless phone calls with a smile in her voice. What I liked most about all of them is there communication skills. They initiated phone calls to inform me of the various details, of my transaction. They appreciated my investment as much as I did.
