First of all i higly recommend Koeppel Nissan. If there was any better option than " great" i would click that because they deserve more than " great". When i went there,first i met a sales person whose name is SOUL. To be honest , i have never seen such a sincere,nice, helpful person in a dealership. Then i met Tony from Finance Department and he was as same as SOUL. In short me and my wife are sooooo greatful so thankful and i promised myself that i would recommend them to anyone around me because they really deserve because they know how to behave , how to talk , how to say etc... Thank you so much guys again and as of right now i am a member of Nissan and Koeppel Family.One more thing i should indicate that whole purchase took just 1 day. Customer service and the environment inside the dealership service department was great. Took my vehicle in for a regular state inspection, within an hour and a half got it back. With the service receipt did not receive any complementary multi-point inspection paper that other nissan dealers usually attach. Makes me wonder why I brought my car all the way to a dealer just to get it inspected. The sticker on the windshield they took off and left all the sticky gunk behind it and just attached the new sticker on it. The new sticker wasnt in the same spot so all around the corners i see the old sticky gunk while im driving. Whatever gunk they did attach on the new sticker is already peeling off. Seeing that they didnt take the extra step just to get the job done right makes me wonder about any future quality services I might receive next time I bring my vehicle in if there even is a next time. Joe Clem the manager , worked out the numbers and gave me an excellent deal keeping me within my budget. John Cheung the business manager explained in detail all my possible financing options. Took his time to make the whole process a smooth and easy transaction. I'm very grateful and I highly recommend Koeppel Nissan, the enviroment was great, the showroom was packed and the most important thing I took my car in less than 2 hours. Unlike other dealers they did not try to say and promise everything under the sun to get me into their showroom. What they did do is offer the best quote that I could get online. Furthermore, I've had several conversations with Pablo Jiminez who was friends and patient. He took his time to explain which rebates I was eligible for and provided me with a written quote. He was not pushy and was professional throughout my dealings with him. When I arrived at the dealership I already had the quoted price from Pablo. I was greeted by Eleanor Perez who was nothing short of a pleasure to work with. Eleanor took her time going over all the features of the vehicle even though it was already late in the evening. She was patient and was as excited about the car as we were. She even took the time to synch our bluetooth phone to the car's system sot hat we could use it on the way back. It's little details like this that made it a pleasant experience. There were also big details that prompted me to write this review. For example, when it came time to picking out the paperwork the price was exactly what I was quoted online. No bait and switch, no up selling, no hidden fees and no haggling or further negotiations. Paperwork was prepared by Eleanor, and we went home with the car. You could not ask for a smoother experience. This would be the first dealership that I would go to for my next purchase. More

Spoke to one of their Internet Sales people Cynthia who works for Pablo who quoted me a price of $222.00 per month for a Nissan Altima lease. Sounded great so I asked her a few times are all the taxes and works for Pablo who quoted me a price of $222.00 per month for a Nissan Altima lease. Sounded great so I asked her a few times are all the taxes and fees rolled into this price like I asked. Her response was “Yes, just sign and drive”. Well needless to say when I got there this was not the case. They wanted an additional $2,000 cash and their only response was that the paperwork written during the call reflects this $2,000. Never got to see Cynthia and they would not bring her out. Be careful with them. They are not a truthful dealership. Any place that will say anything to get you in the door is not to be trusted. Just my two cents. More
