This is my 2nd lease from Koeppel Nissan, and once again I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. Unlike some other dealers where one feels they need to scrub down after their visit, Koeppel treated me with respect, honesty and fairness. I went to three other dealers and Koeppel is by far the best in every category. Elanor Perez was a pleasure to deal with, she remained in contact throughout the process and afterward to make sure I'd receive the benefits of any promotions, incentives or discounts, as well as following up after the transaction to see if everything was fine and I was happy with the new car. Ms. Perez will go the extra distance for her customers and you would be worry free in her hands. In the beginning, I informed Ms. Perez that being I was on a very busy schedule, I would prefer Email communication and could not waste too much time with needless visits or phone calls, and she was extremely cooperative and honored my request. My lease return was a bit unique and Ms. Perez and the Koeppel managers and sales dept. all came up with a special deal to bring more value for my new lease transaction. I highly recommend Koeppel to anyone considering a new purchase or lease. More
I just bought a 2013 Altima from Koeppel and it was a great experience. Eleanor was very nice to deal with -- not pushy at all -- and was very knowledgeable about the 2013 Altima. I was trying to buy a 2012 Honda Pilot on Northern BLVD. All of a sudden, the sales person changed the agreed upon price of the vehicle after reaching a deal. In addition, the sales person along with his manager tried somehow to convince me that my 2002 fully loaded Explorer was worth $300 and mentioned that they were willing to "give me" $750 (even though the dealer trade-in price for that vehicle in fair condition is $3700 according to Edmonds and KBB). That experience was very exhausting. While at the Honda dealership, a friend called and sent me to Koeppel Nissan on Northern BLVD. I tell you, from beginning to end, those folks we up front, no gimmicks, proffesionals, and reassuring of a good price on a vehicle. They told me about all the incentives, rebates, discounts, etc. I paid for a $35665 2012 Pathfinder with 21 miles on the odometer a little over $26,000. The finance manager John Cheung worked very hard to obtain a nice interest rate for me, a person with a foreclosure on his credit report. The interest given was 5.69% with NMAC. Eleanor Perez was the sales person and she was great. She showed me around and the available vehicles on the lot. She did not pressure me in anyway nor she was a bulldog trying to force a vehicle on me. The process was a breeze with her and her professionalism. I had to pinch myself a couple of times. Joe Clem was the manager there and he took care of me. He was very instrumental in things going my way. From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left, he made sure that those folks at Koeppel Nissan took care of me. I have purchased and tried to purchase a new vehicle before and those experiences have been trying. This was the best buy ever, not only because of the price but also because of the Koeppel Nissan Team who know how to put the customer first. Our experience was handled with the most patient Service Advisor we have ever had. Our frustration involved a claim from our insurance carrier. After numerous and lengthy phone, we were turned down for complete glass and motor coverage. Daniel spent time and energy to persuade our carrier to indeed cover the cost.! Wow! Let me just say that I was skeptical when I went in to Koppel Nissan. I was merely visiting to see if the 2012 version of the Rogue would entice me to trade in my 2010 model; but, was not planning on buy Koppel Nissan. I was merely visiting to see if the 2012 version of the Rogue would entice me to trade in my 2010 model; but, was not planning on buying a car. I had a very, very bad and traumatizing experience with another Nissan dealership in Queens, which will remain nameless. I had such a horrible experience that I was about to swear off all Nissan dealerships for good! When I went to Koppel Nissan, I was ready to be disappointed, unconvinced of any sales tactics, and at the end of the day I wasn't planning on being friendly and prepared for the worst service. That immediately changed when I met Juan Saldarriaga. My husband, child and I were looking around and Juan approached us in a manner that I didn't feel that I was swimming for my life away from a great white. A very respectful and friendly environment, no pushiness whatsoever. Juan had no idea what our deal was initially, what we wanted or didn't want, or what we were looking for, due to the fact that I wasn't that forthcoming with information, due to my previous encounter as previously stated. He graciously left us alone until we had questions for him. The experience at this Nissan dealership completely changed my view of how I saw the brand, and for that matter, car dealerships in general. We received exceptional service all around from Juan, his manager Wilson, and even their Finance guy Tony! We also needed some additional parts added to the car, and the service team was exceptional...my family couldn't be happier! So with that said...I was not planning on buying a new car and ended up trading my 2010 Nissan Rogue for the 2012, although I still have some reservations of how much I love it, because it doesn't park itself and fly, but I love my car!!!!! Thank you Koppel Nissan, Thank you Juan for changing my painful and nightmarish experience to one that has made me write over 340 words of gratitude. More

Soul and Koeppel Nissan did the impossible and got me and my wife out of a nightmare. After nearly two weeks of trying to find a exit, koeppel was able to help. Not only did they take the mdx off our hands they put my wife in a 2012 maxima(she calls it silver bullet) that she can't stop smiling about. She absolutely loves her new car and to top it off, we're paying less and have better terms. It doesn't get any better! All 5's. More
