Contacted Koeppel Nissan and was told the price was correct and no xx fees would be added like some other dealers pad on... just tax, tags and registration. My salesman Imran was excellent! Nice, not pushy, let me take my time while checking the truck out and making my decision. Test drove it on Wednesday night and drove it home on Saturday morning. Closing the deal was fast and easy. No pressure to purchase expensive add-ons. I would definitely recommend Koeppel Nissand and would go back to purchase another vehicle in the future even though it is 45 minutes from my home. More

Not enough space here to go into all the details but the salesmen misled me on the phone about the condition of vehicle, when I arrived there to purchase the vehicle, it was not even there. When it did arrive, it was dirty inside and out and not in the "immaculate" condition I was told. I agreed to buy it if they detailed it and put gas in it while we did the paperwork. 4 hours later they just ran it through a car wash and I drove off to discover the car was still out of gas. When I arrived home and cleaned the tape residue and film of dirt off the windshield, I discovered a crack. The sales managers there are unwilling to do anything about it, other than to tell me I shouldn't have bought the car if it wasn't "up to my standards". While I was there, I heard another customer getting upset that they were trying to bait and switch him, the car he came to buy was at "another location" and they were trying to get him to buy another vehicle. So if you decide to go to this dealership, you better check the car out carefully, don't believe anything they tell you and hope you don't have any issues afterward. Makes me wonder about all of the positive reviews they have... More
