Our Nissan New Car customer satisfaction is consistently rated tops in the nation. We are actively involved in many charitable and not for profit organizations. We have donated many vehicles to the FDNY Family Assistance Team as well as supported local schools and afterschool programs such as the Lexington School for the Deaf, Little league Baseball, Soccer, etc.
Every single used car that we put on our lot goes through a rigorous inspection that is unparalleled in the used car market. Our factory trained technicians perform a full tune-up with strict instructions to prepare the vehicle as if it were for their own family. We check the vehicles brakes,transmission,steering, tires,radio and electrical systems. As part of our rigid inspection process we road test every vehicle to ensure that every possible issue has been resolved. All used vehicles are also reviewed cosmetically to ensure that all bumpers are scratch and ding free. The vehicle's are compounded and waxed and shampoo'd by professional detailers. We provide an owner's manual and two sets of keys for every used vehicle. We provide a Car Fax vehicle history report on every vehicle. Every used vehicle purchase entitles you to a 60 day FREE service and diagnostic checkup. The service will include a free oil change, filter change,chassis lube and fluid top off.

Before meeting with Artur, we asked for a few test drives with other salesmen at Koeppel Mazda and Nissan and were met with quizzical looks. Found that to be shocking considering our #1 way to know if we want a car is by getting to drive the xxxx thing. Artur had are behinds in a car within minutes asking questions about what we were looking for to make sure he had a good fit. After fielding our questions and concerns, Artur gave us a good deal and frankly getting the feeling he worked hard for our business we bought the Rogue. Artur stayed late in the night to see us out the door, with our car and remained in contact with us to handle a few other matters over the course of the next week. Artur gets 5 stars. Dealership 4. Finance 2 initially, but made up for it by giving a better deal later on, so they get 3 stars. More

Outstanding service I walked into the dealer with a very specific goal and budget. I wanted to find a used car with 10 grand. I had no interest in leasing a car because I I walked into the dealer with a very specific goal and budget. I wanted to find a used car with 10 grand. I had no interest in leasing a car because I wanted to pay the car in full that day. So when I walked in and Lenny approached me, I knew I was in good hands. I told him my budget and what I was looking for. He said he will show me what he has, and I had several options. I ultimately decided on a white Nissan Altima that had just came back from being leased. The car was a great deal. I went to several dealers that day and everyone told me the same thing. They showed me a few cars "around my budget" that had just too much milage. Then they would ask if I ever thought about leasing. Every single dealer did this. Every single one, except Lenny. I felt so great about the experience I had with Lenny that I referred girlfriend to him the very next day becaise she was also looking for a vehicle and was having the same issue I was. And she bought a car from him as well! More
