High pressure and forced sales I wanted to trade In a civic for a new Elantra lease. I ended up leasing a fully loaded sonata. Very pressure sales environment. I told them multiple times I didn't want to move forward with this deal. This is out of my budget. But they won't let me go. We agreed 411$ monthly payment. To make it the worst, the Finanace manager played the most popular tax and fees game in the office. Made my monthly payment 490$. I made it very clear in the beginning that I wanted an all inclusive number. They promised they will help with out of state registration but they didn't. The salesperson never followed up or responded to my call/email. This place is a rip off. Stay away. More
