The dealership seems to have had a complete and positive makeover. Paul answered all my concerns, made me a terrific deal and I went home with a great-running clean one-year old Elantra. Everything was made as simple as possible, Israel Viloria facilitated a smooth trade-in and Criss Castle, a consultant working with the dealership went with me with test drives of 2 different vehicles and was of great help. Based on prior reviews I dealt with this dealer through the Costco program with some trepidation. Right up to the end I was waiting for something to go wrong, but I completed my deal, got my vehicle and at the Costco program with some trepidation. Jordan met his obligations and I can have no complaints about how it turned out. I was told that they had cleaned house recently so maybe that explains my much better experience. More

I live in CT and negotiated everything via email (which I will be submitting in my complaints). I was quoted a price for the car I was looking for and all the options. I left a 500.00 deposit for them to find the car. They found the car, and I ensured in my email to them the car cost (minus taxes). The sales person agreed. When I drove 3 hours from northern CT to purchase the car, it became very evident they had no intention of selling me the car for this price. The salesperson didn't show up and the extremely rude manager kept saying only he can quote prices. Additionally, the price quoted wasn't the price minus just taxes, they wanted to charge me 695.00 for Administrative fees. As you can imagine, I wasnt buying my car from them. When I asked for my deposit back, they gave me a story about how they only run credit cards once a week (interesting, since they ran the credit card to take my deposit immediately). It is now 2 weeks and my credit card is still not credited. I am now purchasing a different brand car, and will ensure that my experience is made widely known. So my advice, AVOID this dealership at all costs. In this economy you would think spending 30K would not be such a terrible experience More
May I say that our experience with this dealer was excellent. Went to look at a new Elantra Touring 2010. Debbie (sales rep) was first rate in all aspects. Test drove car right away and there was no pressure in buying at that time. We did the internet pricing later on and recieved a very nice price. Went back and they did not have the exact model in stock, so we did pay a bit more than the internet price. Negotiated price with Mike (MGR) and came to a very nice agreement. He explained all the extras that would be in the car and it was ! He was the most understanding and honest manager we ever dealt with. We had a minor problem with wheel cover and they ordered a brand new one for us at no charge. All the people there are very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend LIC Hyundai to anyone. Just make sure you do your homework and buy at the right time. We always treat people with respect and in turn you will be treated the same. Debbie went over every aspect of the vehicle and made sure that all features where understood. It was a pleasure doing business there! More

Beware: They'll please you till you walk out the door with a signed deal. They'll promise you the world to achieve that! They do NOT keep their word! More
