I simply was going to the dealership to inquire about the trade in value of my vehi work done by one of the sales agent by the name of David Rutkay. I simply was going to the dealership to inquire about the trade in value of my vehicle. I was greeted at the door by David. Who was quickly able to give me a hand. After some conversation David told me I could trade in my old vehicle for a brand new Hyundai Sonata. After some conversation and negotiation, I was leaving the dealership in a brand new car. Unlike the unpleasant experience I encountered at the few car dealerships I visited searching for a used car of my choice in style and price. All I experienced was very poor customer service, high prices, unfriendly inpatient sales rep, whom were only interest on their own reasons. I'm most definitely satisfied with the remarkable customer service and help provided by Mr Valderrama! My wife and I were apprehensive about going to a dealership on Northern Blvd, but Long Island City was outstanding. The showroom was very clean and everybody was very friendly. When our sales guy, Kevin Hudson, introduced himself I knew immediately he was not a New Yorker! He was extremely courteous and friendly. My wife wanted to see a few different cars, and Kevin showed her every option on every different model. When we set down to look at our payments, Kevin explained how the process would work. It did exactly like he said too. Oscar Sanchez even came out to introduce himself and made the whole finance part very smooth. When he took us into his office I never felt pressured. He was very professional. Afterwards Kevin set up my account with Hyundai for us, set up my Bluetooth and even made sure I knew how to roll down my windows, haha. A little over the top, but he explained how Hyundai is big on customer service. Well, Long Island City Hyundai exemplifies that. If you want to be treated like another sale, go see any other dealer on Northern. If you want to be treated with honestly and respect, go see Kevin Hudson at Long Island City Hyundai. More
I bought a car recently for my mother at another dealership. The service was terrible and when I went back they refused to help me so I went to Lic. What a difference! Last week my wife and I decided it was time to trade in my old suv. I spent all day Friday and Saturday morning shopping up and down Northern Blvd. I went to Toyota and Honda and some horrible place that h my old suv. I spent all day Friday and Saturday morning shopping up and down Northern Blvd. I went to Toyota and Honda and some horrible place that had several different brands called Major World. I test drove a Honda Accord and a Toyota Camry. Both cars drove terribly and were uncomfortable, as well as having drab boring interiors. I then went to Major World where I was attacked by a bunch of what looked liked badly dressed parking lot attendants who just wanted to do a credit check without showing me a vehicle. I was pretty much about to head home when I saw Long Island City Hyundai across the street. I went in and was greeted by David Rutkay who is a salesperson there. After describing what I was looking for David showed me the Hyundai Sonata SE. We test drove and David gave us a complete description of every part of the Sonata. It had more features and looked and felt ten times better then any of the other cars we had driven. When we got back back to the dealership David had his manager write up a perfect monthly payment for us and in about an hr (most of that time spent ordering insurance) we were leaving in our new Sonata SE with a new license plate. I never thought I would be able to buy a car in an hour especially without having to step foot in a DMV but David and his team really surprised us. This dealership is fair attentive and they took care of everything we wanted while being quick. I def recommend Long Island City Hyundai More
