My experience with Long Island City Hyundai was very good. The first person I dealt with on the phone was Anasha who was very courteous and helpful. My only concern now is that my initial reason for having the car serviced there is that I am not certain that the problem is completely resolved. I will be giving them a call to discuss this issue tomorrow morning and hope it can be coompletely resolved in as short a time as possible. More

I lease a car every three years my last experience with Paragon Honda was so bad I gave LIC Hyundai a hard time. I wanted to see every number to see how they came up with a lease amount. Not only were they upfront with all the numbers they give me other options they never pushing anyone on me. I checked with other Hyundai dealer and price wise no one could come close to LIC Hyundai Mike Romano give me a price I couldn’t refuse. When it came time to actually pick up the car, no last minute sales pitches to try and sell me. I was excited to ring a loud bell because I got a great deal. I love driving my 2013 Sonata SE with Nav. More
David was very helpful in showing us the car that we were interested in and did not try to push another car of greater value. He answered all questions and was as accommodating as possible. A week after I leased the brand new car, it was tagged, meaning some 'gang-bangers' (aka 14 year old kids-from "SI", go figure) painted on the hood of my car. I came back to David the next day hoping he could help, and he did. He took me around the corner to a friend's auto shop who was able to get it off in a matter of 10 minutes, with just a tip to the gentlemen who scrubbed it off. Overall, I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a car with someone who is really wants to help you. Although, be warned that the dealership rings a loud gong-of-a-bell every time someone signs a deal, which annoying and and slightly embarrassing. More

I contacted John, he scheduled a date and time to come in. I dealt with Eric for resolution of my concerns. He handled my concerns in a professional and timely manner. So much so that I went back to show room to personally thank him after having gone to service dept.. This is not my first vehicle purchased from LIC Hyundai and I don't think it will be my last. More

I live in New Jersey and was looking to buy a new 2013 Santa Fe. Someone suggested I travel to Queens and visit Long Island City and specifically David Rutkay. I'm thinking, why to to Queens to buy a new car if I live in Jersey? What influenced to make the trip was the fear of again having another typical and customary lousy and stressful car buying experience that I was used to. So, I decided to go to Queens. I called David, told him what I was looking for. From the very first call, David treated me with courtesy, professionalism, zero pressure or attitude, and most importantly no games. David was knowledgable about the product, prompt in returning calls and emails and overall an absoute gentleman to deal with. When it came time to actually pick up the car, I was further pleased at the lack of last minute sales pitches to try and sell me stuff I did not want or need, and I was done with the entire transaction at pick up time in just over an hour or so.
