We met Francisco Valderrama back in September of 2012 when we first started looking for a new car. He was knowledgable and polite and we felt very comfortable with him. We test drove a Sonata and He in when we first started looking for a new car. He was knowledgable and polite and we felt very comfortable with him. We test drove a Sonata and He informed us about the differences with some of the other models that we were interested in. He did not pressure us which we appreciated. When we were ready to make a purchase after seeing many different cars from other manufacturers we decided on a 2013 Sonata and went with Franciso, who we trusted to be fair and truthfull. We got a great deal and love our car. I would recommend him to anyone. More

My 6yr old Dodge Avenger had a flooded interior due to Hurricane Sandy. After fighting with Dodge 4 years ago over their faulty factory installed sunroof and several recalls I was basically turned off to Hurricane Sandy. I sold my car at a loss to a private dealer to help get my life back to normal. State Farm was also screwing me with my insurance coverage. I decided to lease a VW Beetle 2013 and after spending $934 on their sign and drive event with a promise of a car in 3 days' time I felt like normalcy was finally coming back in my life. After a week of unreturned phone calls, no car and no refund I was once again back where I started again. No way to get to work and distrustful of dealerships. So I decided to check out the Hyundai lineup. My friend's family have the Sonata, Elantra and Touring in their driveway and I always liked their cars. When I spoke to Michael Renaud about my ordeal he gave me a sympathetic ear. He is not at all what I expected of a salesman. He did not try to underhand me and sell me false promises just to make a sale. His honesty should be applauded and taught to other salesmen. He was straightforward with me and got me a great lease on a black Elantra Coupe 2013. I love my new car. He even helped me change my insurance to Geico and I'm paying far less than I did with State Farm. After all that I've been through this month it was nice to know I had a stranger looking out for my best interest. Thank you Mike! More

From the 1st time I walked into the dealership (bought a 2012 Santa Fe) I was impressed at their high level of customer satisfaction. When I brought the car in for routine servicing , not only are time appointments honored puntually but the courtesy was over the top. A nice change in todays environment to be treated nicely. More
