My husband and i leased two vehicles from this dealership, an elantra and a santefe. The manager Michael Romano went over and beyond to get us the deal we needed and the vehicles we wanted. He was extremely nice, honest and knowledgable as well. The day of delivery all my paperwork was ready on point and organized. Everything went smooth and our sales rep gave us a full informative delivery and made sure when we pulled away there would be no further questions to ask because he covered everything. David addressed price, safety, car size and features with myself and my son which made our experience very comfortable and enjoyable. I came in on 3/16 and found the car to be to my liking. we proceeded to secure necessary paperwork, deposit, etc. On 3/17/13, I returned with balance due, and was able to drive the car home. Debbie was most polite, very helpful, with a pleasant personality. She was very kind and most importantly, respectful. The manager, Israel, was also very efficient in securing, insurance, loan, etc. I have no complaints with Hundai Long Island City. Lucy Walsh More
