If they offer lower prices on the internet, dont fall for it... In short 1. The dealer promised to Provide toyota Servicing before delivery and then i agreed to the deal - Never did it. 2. The dealer took additional 790 dollars more than what we all agreed to in the deal - didnt kept their promises and not reimbursing the money now. 3.Charged 460 dollars from me for new number plates. I believe it takes 50-60 dollars for new number plates. I had an old car which i could have always transferred my new plates... made fool of my ignorance. 4. Overall charged a lot more money than what i had expected. I never expected to land up taking a bigger loan amount. 5. Promised full service change and now saying only oil change i will never be recommending this dealer to any friend or known people in the future and would suggest to any known people to stay away from them so that people dont get tricked.. This was my first time leasing a car and contrary to my preconceived notion about dealerships,I had a wonderful experience with the Hyundai staff. Considering I'm what you call a virgin to the leasing world, let alone a woman, which can be very intimidating entering a "green vulture's playground",I was very pleased to find myself cradled in the arms of Alain Lustig, Mike D'andrea and Oscar Sanchez. Mike ,one of the managers,made me an offer I couldn't refuse, and me being Sicilian, you don't say no. Within a couple of hours I was in my new veloster. Alain, my angelic, blue eyed, sweetest sales specialist was a breeze to work with,he is very personable, funny and has an easy going way about him that makes you feel very comfortable. Once you meet Alain you are rest assured that you're in good hands. You can read it in his eyes that he will try the best to his ability to help you get what you want and need a.s.a.p. without the B.S and hidden fees!! And now the finance manager,Mr.Oscar who concludes the deal. He was very helpful, and may I add humorous, in explaining and compressing multiple paperwork into lamens term. I've been eyeing the Sonata for a little bit over a year and thanks to Alain, I just recently purchased the 2013 Sonata Limited 2.0T and couldn't be happier with it. I went in for a test drive, next th year and thanks to Alain, I just recently purchased the 2013 Sonata Limited 2.0T and couldn't be happier with it. I went in for a test drive, next thing I know, Alain was able to get such a good rate that I decided to go for it right then and there. This is my first time leasing a brand new car but Alain did a great job of making the entire process seamless. He was very courteous, friendly and professional. Once all the paperwork was done, Alain reviewed all the features of the car and paired my phone to the car’s Bluetooth. I even received a follow up call the next day just to see how I was doing with the car. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Long Island City Hyundai and I’d gladly recommend it to anyone. More

Buying a car for the first time in twenty years, I decided to see what Hyundai Santa Fe had to offer. I went to the Long Island City Hyundai dealership were I met Francisco Valderrama. Francisco sho decided to see what Hyundai Santa Fe had to offer. I went to the Long Island City Hyundai dealership were I met Francisco Valderrama. Francisco showed me the Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0 Turbo. I was originally interested in a six cylinder Santa Fe because my previous vehicle was a six cylinder. Francisco informed me that the four cylinder Santa Fe 2.0 Turbo was just as powerful as the six cylinder and used less gas. Francisco asked if I would like to test drive the Santa Fe 2.0 Turbo. I was blown away by the pick up power and the ease of driving this vehicle. I was surprised by the features included in the price. Francisco was very patient and understanding for all the questions we asked about the Santa Fe 2.0 Turbo. Francisco was very meticulous with the details of the Santa Fe 2.0 Turbo. Francisco made sure you understood the inner workings of the vehicle. I had reservations on the exterior and interior colors so Francisco took us to the Hyundai's lot showing us different exterior and interior colors. Francisco searched Hyundai inventory to find the colors I was interested in. Once Francisco found the color for both interior and exterior Francisco called me to come and see the vehicle. When I saw the Vehicle I knew that was the Santa Fe 2.0 Turbo for me. Francisco took care of the paper work with little to no effort. On taking possession of the Santa Fe 2.0 Turbo Francisco set up our phones on blue tooth and showed us how to set up the radio. Francisco gives you all the information you need about the vehicle for you to make your decision. I wish more salespeople were like Francisco to go that extra mile for the customer.
