Rude and unprofessional Both sales associate and sales manager were rude and unprofessional. When we asked if the sticker price was the bottom dollar for the vehicle, the sal Both sales associate and sales manager were rude and unprofessional. When we asked if the sticker price was the bottom dollar for the vehicle, the sales associate was rude. We told him about a similar vehicle we were looking at he asked us why we would even bother to come to this dealership if there was "really" another car similar for the price we stated; basically called us liars. When we called to speak to the manager about our experience, he backed his sales associate and said that I was combative and that his sales associate was brand new and that I was in the wrong for asking for a better price. We didn't ask for a better price, we simply asked if the sticker price was the bottom dollar. We never once got an apology, just excuses of why we were treated this way. Very poor customer service and professionalism. More
