We worked with Pete Roth, and I want to say it was a totally enjoyable experience. I had looked at the inventory online prior to coming to the dealership and Pete answered my email. He was quick to provide me with pricing, which was something I was not able to get from other area dealers. I appreciated that and it was the deciding factor on which dealership I would visit first. Pete went over the vehicle extremely thoroughly before we went for a test drive. I already knew that I loved the style of the Escape and the demonstration and test drive really sold me on it. Once we were done with the test drive it was a matter of agreeing on a price. It was a very easy process. Pete answered all of our questions without using any sales pressure tactics. I decided that I would not need to visit any other dealers because I felt I was being treated so fairly and that Pete was doing his absolute best to help me get my Escape for the best price. I walked out of the dealership feeling very good about my decision. Pete has since followed up with numerous emails and phone calls to make sure that I continue to be happy with my purchase. I believe that there is nothing better than good customer service, and I received excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new Ford would not only visit the Kocourek dealership, but that they would specifically ask for Pete Roth. More
