Kocourek Ford Lincoln

Before I went to any dealerships, I searched online. I found a 2011 Ford Fusion on Kocourek's Ford website, as well as two other vehicles at different dealerships. I went to the other dealerships first to test drive the cars. At the first dealership, the salesperson didn't ask any questions or offer any information on the vehicle -- he just brought the car around and handed me the keys. At the second dealership, the salesperson interrogated me re: where I lived, where I worked, whether I was married, etc. Even though I told him that I was at the dealership to look at a specific vehicle, the sales person insisted on showing me vehicles that were well out of my price range (despite my being clear on that amount from the start). At Kocourek Ford, my mom and I were met straight away by Luke Babcock. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle, my budget, etc. I mentioned that I was interested in the 2011 Ford Fusion. Before we could get to the vehicle inspection and test-driving part, I received a phone call with news of my sister having been in a serious car accident in Maryland (after two weeks now, she's well on the road to recovery). Luke was fantastic -- he looked up the hospital telephone numbers online, brought tissues for my mom, and expressed concern for my sister and family. Obviously, I didn't purchase a vehicle that day. I did go back, though, and worked with Luke again. I ended up buying the Ford Fusion. Luke was great that day, too. The temperatures were freezing and the wind was fairly whipping. He brought the car into one of the (very clean) service bays so we could inspect the vehicle away from the weather. Luke was very knowledgeable of safety features and performance of the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions. I also worked with Eric Jacobs (finance manager) and Bob Rowe (aftermarket and delivery coordinator). Both of them were great in making the actual purchase go quickly and smoothly. The entire experience was pleasant and hassle-free. I recommend both Luke and the dealership for your next car purchase. More

I am extremely happy with the Kocourek car buying experience! I called looking specifically for a vehicle I had found on a Wisconsin website and it listed Kocourek as having it on the lot. When I called the dealership I got Luke as my Sales Consultant. He was friendly and helpful from the start. Luke did a fantastic job of explaining the car's aspects and any questions I had, but most importantly he never pressured me to make decisions. He gave me plenty of time to decide if I wanted to make the purchase. I also had my two children with me and he made them feel like they were a part of the whole "buying a car" process. Also, when it came time to pick-up our new vehicle, Luke came to my home and picked me and my children up so we could get our new car from the dealership! I have purchased cars in the past and I have to say that I could not have asked for a better experience then purchaseing a car from Luke at Kocourek! More

Allen Ward addressed my expectations upfront by listening very well. He showed me the vehicle that he thought would be a good fit, and it was perfect! I didn't need to search for a vehicle anymore. There was no 'run-around' like I had experienced at other dealers. Allen got down to the 'nuts & bolts' and answered all of my questions quickly and honestly. It was a pleasure to work with Allen! I received a great price on my new vehicle and my trade-in. Eric Jacobs helped make the financing process and paperwork quick and easy. He did a very good job explaining the options and he had a good interest rate to finance my new vehicle. Eric was also a pleasure to work with! The friendliness, professionalism, communication, and honesty will bring me back to Kocourek Ford when I buy my next vehicle. I would recommend Kocourek to my friends and family! More

We researched Ford Fusion very well prior to purchasing it at Kocoureck. We even went to an idependent mechanic and asked his advice so we knew the model we were looking for. Mike was the person I spoke to and he was such a character on that phone call and helpful that we decided to see what this dealership had to offer. We live an hour from Wausau and had been test driving vehicles at various dealerships in the area. This was our first visit to Kocourek and we were very impressed. Mike's style of getting to know a potential customer and knowledge of the product he is selling is awesome. When we returned to pick up our new vehicle, we were greeted with a friendly, "Welcome" back and the Fusion's details and electronics were explained in a patient manner. All in all it was a great experience! More

This was my first time buying from a dealer-so I was a little nervous. Aaron made us completely at ease from the start. As I was driving MY car (yep bought one That was love at first drive) I had a technical problem and my heart started to sink. But Aaron came and saved the day once again and I was off and running. The ratings that I did I feel are TOO low, if I could it would have been a 10. Thanks to Aaron and Kocourek for helping me find my car!! It was both a privilege & pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Mike Kohler from Kocurek Ford in Wausau. I HAD been a loyal GM purchaser over the last 15 years (4 vehicles to be exact) opportunity to work with Mr. Mike Kohler from Kocurek Ford in Wausau. I HAD been a loyal GM purchaser over the last 15 years (4 vehicles to be exact) but an unpleasant surprise (actually 2) at a dealership where I had bought vehicles before, led my wife and I to look at a Ford product (HEY! She liked the looks and the vehicle was for her!) I walked in the Kocurek Ford-Wausau dealership, not really looking to "buy" a vehicle, just look at one and get some thoughts and ideas. Right away I was pleasantly surprised...I was greeted by Mr. Kohler in a professional, friendly way and never felt "pressured" or "harassed" in any way...I liked the fact that the prices for vehicles were listed in the windshields of each vehicle. I told Mike very directly, firmly and bluntly what I was looking for and asked if the prices were negotiable than that what was shown...he stated "YES" and we chatted and came to a price and options wanted on the vehicle with Mr. Ray Carver's (General Manager) help and guidance. Both of these gentlemen answered numerous questions that I had and were very helpful and patient with me. I went home to talk to my wife and to see if she would stop and see the vehicle chosen (she had previously looked at the Ford website to see what she liked) We went back to meet and talk with Mike and within one hour, decided to purchase the vehicle from him and Kocurek Ford-Wausau. From there, I spoke with Eric Jacobs (Finance Manager)told him what was needed and very quickly, everything was approved, pending my decision. Mike Kohler went out of his way to show my wife EVERYTHING in the vehicle and how different things in it worked...my wife liked his pleasant, non-pressure type of presentation and that he did not treat her differently than he did me. The entire staff at Kocurek Ford (Ray, Eric and especially Mike!) were professional, fun and decent to work with. I do have to be honest, after driving GM products for so long, a Ford seems a little different to my wife and I, yet we cannot say enough GREAT things about the gentlemen we dealt with, especially Mike Kohler at Kocurek Ford and I would strongly recommend dealing with him to anybody looking for a vehicle. We had a great experience at Kocourek Ford. From the time we walked in to the time the deal was closed. We made the arrangement to purchase a new 2012 Ford Edge, then on the day of the purchase we had a very we walked in to the time the deal was closed. I was very upset and when we arrived Allen & Eric made it a very easy purchase. They were joking around so much that I forgot the problem that we had. We had so much fun with Allen, he was right to the point and understanding with the problem that we had. I would and we will purchase another vehicle with them. More
