Allen was very helpful in helping me find the perfect car. Even though I did not have a high list of expectations, he took the time and effort to find a car that fit every need I had. He also explained all the safety features since I have a two year old at home. I also liked the fact that I didn't feel like I was pressured into purchasing; he let me know that I could walk away at any time, which is not an experience I was used to while trying to purchase a new car.
