I am 64 years old and have never encountered a dealership like Kocourek Ford Lincoln. I had dealt with Allen Ward and the dealership from nearly 500 miles away concerning the car I wanted to purchase. Any qu like Kocourek Ford Lincoln. Dealing over the phone with Kocourek was a pleasure. Email updates from Allen helped me very much considering I live so far from the dealership. The morning I arrived at the dealership to look at the car, Allen told me of some issues they had discovered with the car and the dealership went ahead and purchased what must have been close to $2,000 worth of parts and tires for the vehicle and had them line up to be shipped to my house before I even had a chance to really look the car over. Usually if you find an issue with a vehicle at a dealership they either say take it or leave it or charge you to fix the issues. My son and I picked up the car and the dealership helped us load it onto our trailer to haul home. The business end paperwork went fast and smooth. The only problem I have with Kocourek Ford Lincoln is that they are in Wausau, WI. I wish they were in Fargo, ND. I would highly recommend this dealership and Allen Ward, based on my experience. He made an impression on me as a female; often the dealer directs the conversation to the husband only, but not Allen. He talked to me and that's important. We had been at the dealership a couple of times before we made the purchase. After working with Allen, I knew I wanted to purchase our new vehicle from Allen. Bob is very friendly and made sure we knew the inside of the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. Matt was also a great guy, very pleasant, a great personality. We will recommend this dealership to friends and family. (We love our Mercury Mariner!) More

I did a lot of shopping around for a new Ford F-150 truck and was not happy with sales peoples attitudes at other dealerships. This dealership puts the fun in buying a car again. This is my second new Ford from Kocourek Ford/Lincoln. I was treated very well, my questions/concerns all were answered professionally. If it were not for him, Id still be figuring out my bluetooth. And thank you Lucas Collar (business agent) for the no hidden cost factor. The bottom line was exactly as quoted from Mr. Allen Ward.
