If they weren't great, they wouldn't be able to expand. Don is the coolest salesman there is, hands down. I had previously been working with another salesman about 6 months prior to this, but I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle at the time. After looking at cars and working with Don for a little bit, he popped my name into the computer and told me I was already associated with another salesman and it wouldn't be fair for that salesman who had worked with me so much prior to that point in the past. I told him no, I wanted to work with him, and not the other guy. Don was so much fun, yet professional and business-like. He will help you find what you want. Bob is a spunky kid who will show you how to use all of the cool gadgets and technology that your car may or may not come with. He will also help with anything you may need after your purchase. If you'd like to upgrade to leather or need to find a small steering wheel cover for a 2011 Ford Focus, because standard/universal steering wheel covers are too large. Eric is great. He is fun and full of energy. He will absolutely find you the best rate out there because he knows what he is doing. I told him to search through credit unions for the best rate. He convinced me to let him throw a couple of his favorite banks to work with into the mix and ended up finding me an even better rate than at the credit unions. Brian is a great service guy. I pulled up and he came out to greet me and ask what was up. It was just some bracket vibration caused by the speaker in the trunk. He did what he thought he needed to do to fix the problem, and we discovered it hadn't quite worked. So he kept plugging away until he had it fixed. No questions asked, no paperwork, nothing. Communication was great and I always felt like I was in the loop. Aaron really nailed it. These guys really know all about the car I bought and were able to answer all my questions. The finance person Luke made the financing a quick and efficient process. The delivery expert Bob knows more about my car than I do, even after having owning it for a week! He could answer any technical question I had. Overall, my experience at Kocourek Ford was a very positive experience. They really add to the joy of buying a new car. I came to Kocourek looking to trade in my car for a used car that gets better gas mileage. I went by myself and was nervous because I'm a 22 year old girl and my husband wasn't able to come with me.
