Doug was great. He listened to what I was looking for and made recommendations appropriately. His follow up was optimal and no sales pressure or feeling of not respecting my business or what my "window" and made recommendations appropriately. I don't believe either of us felt like were were not involved in a reasonable fair deal. Upon test drive the vehicle pulled to the right and the service department sought to fix this. I continued to experience the issue and needed to bring it back 2 additional times. The service was friendly and good but I didn't need to hear multiple times that the pulling was secondary to the crest of the road or that it did not pull. Little bit irritating when I know it did pull and those who drove the car would mention it spontaneously. After the last correction, and the tires were "rotated", it now pulls a bit to the left than the right but much better than before. I wonder if there is still a problem and hope it will not prematurely wear the tires because I do a lot of driving. I am reluctant to bring it up again because I don't want to seem annoying. Also, I bought the vehicle with 33K miles on it. I recently had the oil changed and the service folks (not at Kocorek) in Indiana said that the fuel filter was very dirty and this caused the hesitation I was experiencing in my acceleration at times. They said the filter was the original and should have been changed at the 30K servicing. I am a bit dissapointed that this was not. I have the original filter and plan to bring it in. It did cost me about $25-30 and likely caused me to have poorer miles per gallon of gas. Eric Jacobs and Bob Rowe were great to work with. Great customer service. Eric did a nice job of providing me with the info needed to make the decision on the extended warranty, which I am glad I purchased. More

Thank you for a great buying experience. While taking delivery of my used Camry, I noticed a small spot that had missing paint and had started to rust. I missed this when looking the car over during the purchase process but after noticing and pointing it out to Aaron and Bob, they made an appointment for me to get the spot professionally repaired free of charge. The deal had already been made and paperwork signed, they could have just left the responsibility and expense on me, but they didn't. This says a lot about Kocourek's commitment to their customer's. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Kocourek and will definitely deal with them for my future needs. More

We just recently purchased a used 2009 Ford Fusion from Kocourek Ford. My salesman Dave Berumen was great to work with. I called Dave to see if he would be willing to pick me up at the other dealership as I was returning a car to them after a test drive. Dave was there at the time I requested and greeted me with kindness and respect. My initial interest was in a 2010 Fusion, upon returning to their dealership after a test drive of that vehicle I requested to look at 2009 Fusion that I had reviewed on their website. Dave was very accommodating and retrieved the keys for the vehicle and I ultimately made the decision to purchase it. I was then directed to Matt Gabriel for the financing and again was impressed with his knowledge and honesty. I had a very small time window to get the deal completed and Matt went above and beyond to put it all together in less than an hour on Friday morning. In February, I purchased a new 2012 Ford F150 FX4 Offroad. Allen was a class act from the initial meet and greet to the delivery. His explaination and demonstration of the vehicle sold the truck.... This was our first time purchasing a car from a dealer, and getting a car loan. Both Aaron and Matt were extremely helpful and friendly.
