I went there to test drive a Focus with Pete but when he ended up not being availible Don jumped in and took excellent care of me. I was brought into Kocourek Ford looking for a new 2012 Ford Edge Sport and they happend to have two sitting on the lot. I test drove one and knew it was what I wanted except it didn't have all the option Ford Edge Sport and they happend to have two sitting on the lot. We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle at Kocourek Ford. Dave took his time to go over exactly what we were looking for in a new vehicle and to get to know us too. We had our son along with us during this time and Dave and Matt went above and beyond to make him feel just as important during the process by remembering his name each time we were in and giving him his own hat at the end just like Dad! Dave was an excellent salesman and didn't make us feel forced to buy something just to make a sale. He really took his time to get to know us as people. Matt also was great at his end of things. It was nice the extra time he took with everything, and being I work at a financial his confidentiality he kept with sending the paper work really meant alot to us that he went that extra mile. They all had to stay later than normal to finish the transaction and we never felt like we were "keeping them" from something more important. He assured us that the staff there would assist us in any way they could. As it turned out, I purchased a vehicle from Kocourek Ford about 1 1/2 hours later. Mike Kohler - I called Mike just minutes before we got to the store to let him know we were coming. We went for a test drive, and Mike answered our questions. We felt bad about keeping him at work late on a Saturday, but Mike did not make us feel that we were inconveniencing him in any way, and was happy to help us. Luke Babcock - Luke's sense of humor helps take the edge off of purchasing a vehicle (big decision/big investment). He explained each step during the purchasing process. He told us that he had been in his new position only a few weeks, but honestly he did his job like a seasoned professional. Bob Rowe - Bob went through the features of the vehicle with us, and answered our questions. He gave us a tour of the dealership, showing us the different departments, and explaining the planned expansion of the Service Department. It was very apparent to us that Bob enjoys his job and is proud of the Kocourek dealership. Aaron, Mike, Luke and Bob refer to their customers as "guests", and treat them as such. They were all professional, courteous and friendly, and did their jobs very thoroughly. Clearly, their objective is to exceed their customers' expectations. They all have pride in the company they work for (Aaron and Luke told us that they travel from Stevens Point and Wisconsin Rapids, respectively, because they want to work at Kocourek.), and they work very well together. It was a smooth and seamless transition from initial sale to financing to vehicle delivery. We were very impressed with our experience at Kocourek.
