This is the second car I have bought through Allen Ward at Kocourek. With both cars he never dropped the ball on anything. Finding the perfect car is not always easy and can be a bit stressful, but its eve at Kocourek. With both cars he never dropped the ball on anything. Finding the perfect car is not always easy and can be a bit stressful, but its even harder when dealing with a pushy car salesman. Allen was never like that. He lets you take your time and explains all your options. He is pollite, has a great sense of humor, and always makes it a relaxing environment while going through the buying process. For 25 years my husband and I have bought all our cars at Fred Mueller. This past year we have bought two from Kocourek and with the help of Allen Ward. After a long shopping process, I found Kocourek Ford to have been the best in price and over all satisfaction of dealing with the staff. My experience started with trying all of the brands and finding tha have been the best in price and over all satisfaction of dealing with the staff. My experience started with trying all of the brands and finding that the Ford Super Duty was the truck that I wanted. Jordan Nelson at Kocouek Chev. helped me get in touch with Don Newton at the Ford location even knowing I would not be purchasing a Chev. This I thought was going above and beyond what he had to do. At the Ford store, Don took the time to listen to what I wanted and did not push me to get something I did not want. Over all the buying experience was a pleasant one. Lastly, after I took delivery of the truck I did not feel like they got my money now they would forget about me. I had follow up calls from Don to see if I had any questions. It truely is a nice feeling that when you spend your hard earned money that a dealership appreciates you coming in and spending it at their dealership, and not treating you like a number.
