Everyone at Kocourek Ford Lincoln was very helpful. I would specifically like to thank Allen and Matt for their superior service. They were very helpful and knowledgable in researching cars and trying to would specifically like to thank Allen and Matt for their superior service. The dealership mercilessly pushed an extended warranty, they would not take no for an answer( said no at least 8 times). The told me the incremental cost of getting this policy, but it turns out the numbe they would not take no for an answer( said no at least 8 times). The told me the incremental cost of getting this policy, but it turns out the numbers they gave me were misleading and just incorrect. When I found this out, they did nothing to correct my loan. I am now stuck paying an additional $44 per month. I sent several emails to the Owner at 3 different email addresses and never got a response from him. I have a friend that works for the finance company and he said they could have corrected the loan if they( the dealership)wanted to make the effort, but they were not interested in correcting this . My impression was that this is the method they use to sell these service policies. I love the car I bought but this experience left a VERY sour taste in my mouth. I would not buy another vehicle from this dealer. More

Kocourek Ford dealership does a very outstanding job. Their employees love what they do and you can certainly tell. They are very kind, friendly, and courteous. This is the second car I have bought through Allen Ward at Kocourek. With both cars he never dropped the ball on anything. Finding the perfect car is not always easy and can be a bit stressful, but its eve at Kocourek. With both cars he never dropped the ball on anything. Finding the perfect car is not always easy and can be a bit stressful, but its even harder when dealing with a pushy car salesman. Allen was never like that. He lets you take your time and explains all your options. He is pollite, has a great sense of humor, and always makes it a relaxing environment while going through the buying process. For 25 years my husband and I have bought all our cars at Fred Mueller. This past year we have bought two from Kocourek and with the help of Allen Ward.
