We have not worked with a dealership in 15 years and Aaron made this a easy/great experience. His professionalism shined and has an easy personality to work with. Everyone at the dealership was super. Outstanding experience. I have purchased or leased over 30 cars in my lifetime and this rates in the top five. The facility was clean and well organized. When I arrived to pick up my new MKS, Pete was with another customer but at least two other salesmen chatted with me. Don took time at his desk to get to know me after he told Matt to get my paperwork ready. So when Pete was available, we got right to business as I had driven 90 miles to pick up the car. Pete and I had only talked on the internet and phone before, but he greeted me like an old friend. I will be back for future purchases. And I will reccomend you to my friends and family for their needs. More

Everyone at Kocourek Ford Lincoln was very helpful. I would specifically like to thank Allen and Matt for their superior service. The dealership mercilessly pushed an extended warranty, they would not take no for an answer( said no at least 8 times). The told me the incremental cost of getting this policy, but it turns out the numbe they would not take no for an answer( said no at least 8 times). The told me the incremental cost of getting this policy, but it turns out the numbers they gave me were misleading and just incorrect. When I found this out, they did nothing to correct my loan. I am now stuck paying an additional $44 per month. I sent several emails to the Owner at 3 different email addresses and never got a response from him. I have a friend that works for the finance company and he said they could have corrected the loan if they( the dealership)wanted to make the effort, but they were not interested in correcting this . My impression was that this is the method they use to sell these service policies. I love the car I bought but this experience left a VERY sour taste in my mouth. I would not buy another vehicle from this dealer. More

Kocourek Ford dealership does a very outstanding job. Their employees love what they do and you can certainly tell. They are very kind, friendly, and courteous.
