I purchased a car from Kocourek Ford to replace my wife's old Neon. It had to be yellow, and it had to be a Ford Focus hatchback. Luckily for me, I saw the listing for exactly that at Kocourek. We set up a test drive time (the next day) and my wife was hooked. Aaron showed us how the price compared with other, similar Fords, and it was a great price. It also matched my own research on the web. This is good, because of the Kocourek, no-haggle policy on the price (which I also appreciate). So we bought the car. Luke and Bob helped seal the deal with a good financing deal, and great prices on some of the options. I have to say, this was the most pleasant experience I've had at a dealership.
