Kocourek Ford Lincoln

The purchase of my new MKX was a very pleasant, relaxed and comfortable experience. My initial contact from Pete at Kocourek was an email in response to my online inquiry. After viewing a few other brands of SUV's and other dealers, I chose to come in and sit down with Pete to review my wants, needs, and deal-breakers and be confident I was looking at the best vehicle for my needs. When we decided on the MKX, I took a test drive with Pete which enlightened me on the many options and goodies that come with the model MKX I chose which helped confirmed my commitment. Now, it was time for the specifics. Pete helped me with all my choices and add the extras I wanted as well as educating me on the extras I really wouldn't need. Kocourek traded one of their vehicles for the MKX I wanted which was at another Lincoln dealership. The trade was completed and the MKX I wanted was on the Kocourek lot the very next day. And now, it was time to make my appointment with Matt to complete the paperwork. When I arrived, Matt had all the paperwork ready for my signature and informed me of a few warranty and other extras I chose to include. Finally, it was time to meet with Dave who went over every detail of the vehicle with me, including many I'll forget and will have to ask about again. By the time I drove off Kocourek's lot I knew this was my best choice and I would be happy with every option and detail included. I was having issues with my current truck and was looking for a used F250 for towing our camper. I've bought vehicles thru Doug Espeland in the past and have always had a great experience. I had mentioned that we normally work thru Doug and Travis was still more than willing to help us with the test drive. The following day, I was contacted by Doug first thing in the morning to discuss options for our trade in, which was sitting in La Crosse and the purchase of the used F250. They actually took my trade-in "as is" and towed it up from La Crosse. This saved me the hassle of having to work with the La Crosse dealership, which I had no prior history. Doug and Matt went out of their way to help get us in our F250 as quickly as possible before the weekend camping trip. Jose, as usual was very courtious to my wife in helping explain and take of the problem. I would expect nothing loss of him. In fact he is the main reason we chose to visit Kocourek when we were looking at new vehicles. great working with this dealer bought a mid-priced used car, the way I was treated you would have thought I bought a top of the line Lincoln.
