I came to Kocourek because I had seen a car on the website that I wanted to test drive. When my dad and I arrived at the dealership we were met by Shawn and we told him that we had seen a particular c website that I wanted to test drive. When my dad and I arrived at the dealership we were met by Shawn and we told him that we had seen a particular car on the website that interested us. He was able to locate the particular vehicle which was at a different shop across the street and I test drove that vehicle (the Focus that I ended up purchasing) along with one other Focus that was a hatchback. What I really enjoyed about working with Shawn was that he showed me the features on the car without over explaining things and he was not pushy about getting the sale. He was personable and pleasant to work with. David was pleasant as well when he came over to go over some of the extras for the car - going over everything thing with me, but not pressuring me to the point where it upset me. I found the whole experience to be pleasant and would definitely recommend it. More

I recently purchased a used 2008 GMC Sierra crew cab from Kocourek Ford. This is a truck I truly wanted and the price was good. Once at the dealership my wife and I met Joe and he got the truck warmed up for us, as it was around -10 that day. After the test drive we discussed numbers and even though it was well after closing time, and Joe's wife's birthday, he made us feel like old friends. We were able to get a price and payment that we were happy with and everyone we talked to face to face was awesome! We left feeling confident with the purchase. I did run into some mechanical and tires issues, but after some "negotiations" we were able to come up with compromises that satisfied me for the most part. I did have to speak to the General Manager Ray on the phone to hash out some details, but it was clear that he wanted to make things right for me. If you consider purchasing a car here, ask for Joe Ramirez. He was truly a huge factor in a mostly positive experience. More

I had decided to purchase a For Escape because of a positive experience when I rented one in the past. I wanted to purchase this vehicle from a local dealership because I believe in keeping my money in positive experience when I rented one in the past. I told Joe what I wanted and he was very accommodating. He showed me all the Escapes on the lot and I found the one I wanted. Bob Rowe, the Sales Manager, in my opinion, was fair and honest throughout the deal. Cody Heath processed the paperwork and presented different options associated with warranty and finance and we set up a great package that I feel will work well for me. David Berumen, the Accessory and Delivery Coordinator, was a huge help to me in the "getting to know my truck" phase. He's still instrumental in getting everything set up and all the add-ons installed! Finally, I've only had a small interaction with them, but both Shane Meyer and Joe Malsack in Service have been great in ensuring my truck was well taken care of! From the very beginning to now and even getting the personal thank you note from Keith Kocourek, this has been far and away my best experience with a dealership.
