The sales staff was great to deal with, but the interactions I have had in person and on the phone with the service department have been down right rude. I purchased my car two weeks ago. A week after purchase, I was having issues with starting the vehicle at certain times. I called and spoke with someone in the service department who told me that I would have to pay for services as well as provide myself with a rental vehicle. I explained that my vehicle had an existing warranty, I've owned it for a week, there is no reason to pay for the service or pay for a rental. That should be provided to me. I then spoke with Shane, who explained that I could drop my vehicle off and a rental would be available for me. I called and let Shane know that I was bringing my vehicle in, I would be there within the hour. It took me about 30 minutes to get there and he said, "well, that wasn't an hour, was it?". I thought that was rude. No friendly, hello, how can I help you? Not how you want to be greeted as a customer. I'm not sure if this is the norm, but the treatment I received after spending a great deal of money has been absolutely shocking. I know that once the warranty is up on my vehicle, I will no longer have it serviced at this location if this is how they treat their paying customers. More

My wife and I were looking for a newer Ford Escape to replace the 2006 one that we had, even though it was in very good condition and it was very reliable as a second vehicle for us. Did some checking o replace the 2006 one that we had, even though it was in very good condition and it was very reliable as a second vehicle for us. Did some checking on other manufacturers but stayed with Ford because of the reliability and quality in the past. Doug worked with us and helped locate a new Escape with the options we wanted after doing a couple of test drives to help narrow our choices down. Would have liked more for the trade-in since the older Escape was well taken care of and low miles but did understand how the market is. We picked up our new vehicle after a couple of days with our questions and concerns taken care of in a timely manner. Doug made sure we were pleased with the deal, Cody made sure we had the necessary info for the financing scenario to take advantage of the full rebate and Dave was extremely knowledgeable during our initial orientation when picking up the vehicle. Doug has done a great job of following up to make sure we are satisfied and to make sure any questions are answered, and we will be following up on that offer after we drive the new Escape a little more. Very pleased with the overall friendliness and professionalism at Kocourek Ford Lincoln. More

Originally, we were going to purchase a used Ford Edge, but based upon Adam's willingness to listen and understand our needs, his familiarity of the vehicles and genuine enthusiasm for the cars, we decided to pay a little bit more for a new (2014) Ford Escape. We love it - and now consider Adam to be a new friend! Keep up the great work, Kocourek! Clearly you care about your customers by hiring sales people who like their jobs, while providing them with great training. We will recommend your dealer (especially Adam) to everyone we know! More
I recently took delivery of a new 2014 Ford Explorer Limited and from what I have seen the Kocourek team just keeps getting better and better. This is my third new vehicle from Kocourek Ford Lincoln an Limited and from what I have seen the Kocourek team just keeps getting better and better. This is my third new vehicle from Kocourek Ford Lincoln and from the minuet I walk into the building I notice one thing and that's how welcome you feel without the sales pressures that you feel from other dealers. All I need to do is tell anyone that I'm looking for "Pete" and they all seem to know if he's busy, or with another customer, or if I can go right in to his office. To me that is the definition of a team. Knowing what each other is doing at all times. I mention "Pete" (Pete Roth) because I have now been dealing with him for 24 years and 15 different vehicles. It is because of his attention to detail, his knowledge of the product and his overall professionalism that has made me a repeat buyer from him for all these years. His straight forward, no nonsense, no hassle sales approach is second to none and it is a style that others look up to. It is a style that has kept me coming back to him time and time again. If you have any type of question he will answer it, or get it answered to your satisfaction in a realistic time frame. I know this because my current vehicle (2014 Ford Explorer Limited) has many, many features on it that I have asked numerous questions about and he has not failed me once on finding me an answer. Ever since he joined the Kocourek team back in 2008 it’s been a perfect fit for both Pete and Kocourek Ford Lincoln. The whole delivery experience, from Pete Roth to David Berumen (Accessory and Delivery Coordinator) to Cody Heath (Business Manager) made the delivery of my new Explorer as fast and stream lined as can be. The whole Kocourek team, from sales to Shane, Joe and company in service has always treated me with the up most respect and has never let me down. I will not hesitate going back to them when it comes time to buy another new vehicle or get any one of my current vehicles serviced. I would recommend anyone to the Kocourek team and Pete Roth when asked where they should purchase their next vehicle from. More

I am beyond pleased with the service I received on 2/18/2014 at Kocourek. I worked with Bob Rowe and Scott Murphy to purchase/finance a used vehicle on the Ford-Lincoln lot. As soon as my husband and I walked through the door we were greeted in a way that made us feel so welcome, we knew right away that we were going to have superb assistance. Bob helped us look through the numerous (large inventory!) vehicles that we were looking for with our specific preferences and those in our price range. Scott then walked us through the lot to view and test drive the various vehicles. He was great- very friendly, informative, and polite. He was patient with us as we asked to view other vehicles we didn't go over originally with Bob. Needless to say, we found exactly what we were looking for. We went through the paperwork breifly but very efficiently, and drove home with our new vehicle that night. Bob and Scott are GREAT and I'm sure the rest of the salesmen are as well, judging by the smiles and greetings we received by numerous Kocourek colleagues while we were there. I will remain a Kocourek customer for all of my vehicle purchases in the future. Thanks guys! More
I spent a considerable amount of time trying to find the vehicle that I would be riding in for the next 4 years averaging about 60,000 mile per year. Adam Mansfield was very gracious from the time he approached me in the lot to the time we consummated the deal on the 2013 Taurus. He was not pushy. He asked relevant questions. And he had a great attitude throughout the time I spent with him. He seems to want to do a great job for Kocourek Ford. That is why I gave the rating I did. More
