The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by Justin Schwartz whom I had never met prior to walking in the door. I had 2 vehicles I wanted to see. He was very thorough showing me the features and benefits of both vehicles. After test driving both vehicles, we focused our attention on one that I wanted to try to put a fair deal together on. After some negotiation, we came to a deal that was good for all parties involved. During the process I did not feel I was getting the "pressure sale" at any moment. When I picked up my vehicle two days later, David Berumen did a fantastic job showing me all of the features and benefits of my new vehicle. He took the time to answer any questions I had and made sure everything was set up and I was comfortable when I drove off the lot. Lastly, Brent Schwartz helped with my financing along with going over my additional warranty and protection options. Brent did an excellent job of going over all of my options and he helped me finalize a financing and protection plan I was comfortable with when I left. I am very happy and satisfied with my experience. Being in the financial industry, and working with clients everyday to achieve their financial goals, I never felt anyone was trying to sell me anything just for the fact of selling it to me. Amazing Service & Prices This is the second vehicle we purchased from Don Newton, and we couldn't be happier. All it took was a phone call into to Don, and he started the sea This is the second vehicle we purchased from Don Newton, and we couldn't be happier. All it took was a phone call into to Don, and he started the search for us. We were on the fence for a new or used vehicle- since they had such a great low milage used truck inventory. But when it came down to making the deal we went with a new F-150 as it had the extra features we desired. We never feel pressured working with Don and the Kocourek staff. Don doesn't fit the car salesman profile at all- he is honest, patient, and wants to do right by his customers. He first asks your budget before finding the perfect vehicle for you. Buying our vehicles from Don has been the best experience we have had with car dealerships- in fact he was the first any only call I made when we decided to trade our truck in. Don even called to check in on us- 6 months after we leased our car to ensure we were still satisfied customers! We have never experienced such great follow up. The rest of the staff at Kocourek are amazing as well- David does a great job syncing our phones to the Bluetooth, ensuring we understand how the vehicle operates and the features that keep us safe. The customer service David gives in making sure all the details are covered is second to none. Cody in the finance department is also fun and easy to work with. He took care of all of the details and made sure we understood what we signed and was well organized and very enjoyable to work with. To round out the amazing Kocourek experience is their Amazing service department- who I had become very familiar with as they helped me maintain my old truck when we moved into town. They always go through the details with you and make sure you understand what the vehicle needs and why. Joe Malasak and Shane Meyer have become trusted advisors to us and our vehicle maintaince. It was fun when we were picking up our new truck that Shane even stopped to say hi and congratulate us on our new truck- as he knows I was getting very frustrated with the old one after years of great running. I can't say enough great things about the staff of Kocourek Ford- and it is even a better feeling knowing that Kocourek is very active in the community supporting various charities. You can't go wrong with Don and the staff of Kocourek Ford! More

Purchase of two new Ford vehicles My wife and I had been shopping around for new vehicles. We had found vehicles we really liked at two other dealerships "not Ford brands" but fell in My wife and I had been shopping around for new vehicles. We had found vehicles we really liked at two other dealerships "not Ford brands" but fell in love with what we found at Kocourek Ford. I have been a Ford owner from way back. I had owned two Explorer's and two F-150's previously. I still have my last F150 with 206,000 miles on it. I will retire it as my woods truck. My wife chose a beautiful Fusion with the sport package and I chose a F150. We have had them for a little over a week and love them both. Kocourek made it easy, two visit's later, two beautiful new Ford's! More
