He and Will helped us with our options, payments and helped us get comfortable with making a big purchase. They knew all the answers, and were so handsome in their uniforms. They both were easy to talk to and smiled a lot. When we found the right vehicle, Will took us for a test drive and explained the Ford's classic 'ticking'. The kiddos were with us and enjoyed smearing the fancy glass and eating sno-xxxxx in the lobby. They also loved cartoons and playing with the bows on the cars. While we had a lovely time, we had a less than stellar experience with Cody. While he knew absolutely everything we asked, and was absolutely perfectly prepared, he did swear three different times, while the girls were in theoffice with us. What the heck was that all about? He was polite though, but it was a little uncomfortable, and I wasn't impressed at all with that. More
