Used Ford Fusion Purchase Professionals in appearance and service. Walked in the door, a fellow named Don with desk near the door, asked if we needed some help. Told him we'd like to look at a vehicle in the lot. While he was expecting a customer, he quickly offered to find someone to help us. Came back with Nick de Jong. Nick was very personable and showed great patience in answering questions. The last time we'd looked for a new car was 26 years ago and there have been a lot of changes! After awhile a fellow named Jeff joined us and we had an interesting discussion that ultimately led to the decision to purchase and we briefly met with Scott Murphy. When we went to pick up the vehicle there was a closing session with Scott that could only have been improved had he suggested that the warranty extension could be added at any time before the factory warranty ran out. His presentation was good and led to a purchase that we later rejected. That's in progress but does not appear to be a problem. The high point of that last visit was service by a fellow named David who went into great detail about the vehicle, showed how things worked, and offered opportunity to call him at any time. We'll no doubt take advantage of that offer as the operator's manual is a maze, covering details of systems that may or may not be on the vehicle purchased. More
