I bought an electric car. Everyone was nice and efficient, the paperwork went smoothly, but I specifically and repeatedly asked my salesman about the quality of the battery, a Everyone was nice and efficient, the paperwork went smoothly, but I specifically and repeatedly asked my salesman about the quality of the battery, and was told that the battery was fine, and that it was tested by their tech. It, however, was not fine, rather than the 76 mile charge that the 2013 Ford Focus Electric should have, I discovered far too late that it has only a 67 mile charge. This is important, because I was driving from Green Bay, and there are no EV chargers within a comfortable distance. I found a hotel in Shawano, Wisconsin, which was 63 miles from the Wausau dealership. I specifically spoke to several employees about my range anxiety, but that I was okay, because with a 76 mile charge, I would be able to get to Shawano safely. I spoke to at least 3 separate employees involved in the process, employees who knew that the car's maximum distance was only 67 miles. When I got into the car, and once again spoke about my range anxiety, I was told that everything was fine, that the numbers looked low, because it has been sitting, but they would reset when driving. I drove off the lot and then promptly ran out of energy on my way to Shawano and was left stranded on the side of the road in the middle of absolute nowhere. The employees absolutely knew that I would not make it to my destination, and at no point did they say anything that might jeopardize the sale, or make more work for them. I was left in an incredibly dangerous situation because of it, and a $300 tow bill later, I finally did arrive in Shawano. So, to recap, the employees failed to mention, after being repeatedly asked, that the battery had a degraded capacity, and they sent me on a busy road during rush hour traffic with a car they knew would never be able to arrive at the only place to charge an electric car for 100 miles. I will never shop there again, and I will tell this awful story about Kocourek Ford to as many people as I can, for years, because it represents the single worst customer service experience of my life. Body used truck from here a week ago like the truck the salesman was pretty darn good but here it's a week and not have not heard a word from this dealership to how I like the truck the day I picked up the salesman was pretty darn good but here it's a week and not have not heard a word from this dealership to how I like the truck the day I picked up the truck was late in the day my salesman I only spoke to like two sentences the whole time he was dealing with somebody else nobody else took over for him I dealt with the the paperwork guy my guy set up your trucks out front ready ready to go for you and took off for the other other group that he was helping nobody else can help me nobody show me anything about the truck at all so I had to learn about the insides of that truck pretty much myself the truck in the ads came with two keys I only got one key so I'm very disappointed from the time I signed the paperwork it's like kick your xxx out of here and get out of here very disappointing More

Checked for parts and was told 2-3 days . Jameson came up with a idea for a temporary fix . He fixed and tested it out . I was back on the road within hours and had a great trip . I am not sure how long Pete has been in the car/truck business, but his knowledge of vehicles combined with his personality, made my recent lease experience worth posting. Pete offered great suggestions on which accessories to consider, he walked me through the ordering process and when it came time to pick up the truck, he had everyone in place from the business manager to the orientation expert ready to ensure our transaction was smooth and professional. I can best sum up Kocourek as the type of dealership you can feel comfortable sending your kids to when buying their first vehicle and know they will be treated fairly and with the utmost respect. My son can attest that. More

I leased a truck from this dealership and I bought a protection plan. It was supposed to cover up to 6000 in damages. So I turned my truck in because my family couldn't afford to buy it a this time.
