I used the online app to schedule an appointment for the following: purchase and installation of a set of new tires, diagnose the ABS light, estimate to repair loud exhaust, and an estimate to repair runnin following: purchase and installation of a set of new tires, diagnose the ABS light, estimate to repair loud exhaust, and an estimate to repair running board that was partially detatched due to rust. The only thing the service center tech was able to do was hook up the diagnostic computer to determine the ABS light was from a sensor by the rear tire. A tech removed the running board without having the intention of repairing it. The requested set of new tires were not ordered nor installed; nor did the service center bother to write up an estimate to repair the exhaust. I was told to take my vehicle elsewhere for service and was advised it should be towed off of their lot due to rust on the frame and undercarriage. I find this interesting as the vehicle was safe with their multipoint inspections the last four or five times I have had it there for servicing over the past five years. More
BUYER BEWARE! !!!! DO NOT USE ANY OF THE Kocourek companies. They will drain your bank account dry by their screw ups and lies and expect you to fork out more mon !!!! DO NOT USE ANY OF THE Kocourek companies. They will drain your bank account dry by their screw ups and lies and expect you to fork out more money. I wish I could give no stars. Not even a year ago I was on the search for a reliable vehicle. Kocourek assured me that a full detailed check of the vehicle was done. We spent over 18K on the car along with a 3K extended warranty. The salesman Billy Woldt said that the car had a full tank a gas for me. Nope was empty. Whatever. Then I started to have issues with the vehicle and had to take it in multiple times and the key phob stop working. They said they can replace it for $200 mind you this was not too long after buying the car. Now my A/C isn't working and of course their team failed to try and figure it out the first time. I had to come back. The second time they said well its gonna be $170.00 for diagnostics and $2200 to fix your A/C and its not covered by the extended warranty. So now they want me to put another 2 grand in the car that I made sure the warranty covered. They were so unhelpful and now I am stuck trying to get my A/C fix right before summer on a car that shouldn't have the issue because they said an inspection was done. Then I was told by the service guy that they don't do the inspections there. So they can even stand by the inspections. I have had sooooo many people in the last 24 hours come to be with their HORROR stories of ANY Kocourek. It is as bad as issues with the vehicle 10 days after they bought it leaking frying the electrical system and they said its not their problem. I have heard several stories like this. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE -- Get a Toyota or Honda THESE PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO RUN A MONOPOLY AND ARE CROOKS. The people that they have working for them are also incompetent. I also posted multiple comments and reviews on their Facebook page as several others and they blocked all the negative comments about their company. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE More
Bought a car there and been having a trunk issue with water filling by the spare. So brought it in the first time and they said they patched it. But they didn't, it started to fill again. Went back again water filling by the spare. So brought it in the first time and they said they patched it. But they didn't, it started to fill again. Went back again and they said the trunk wasn't align so they readjusted it. Just recently it filled up again and they said that the trunk wasn't align and couldn't fix it. Not just that but their was a wire sticking out from under my driver said and I questioned them, they said it was like that when they got it. Took my car to a different shop and they definitely said that the wire was pulled out because it was missing a piece. More
My truck broke down in Wausau. I’m from Madison. Truck got towed to kocourek. They put in tranny cooler lines and a new transmission for $7300. There was no wrench light on when it I’m from Madison. Truck got towed to kocourek. They put in tranny cooler lines and a new transmission for $7300. There was no wrench light on when it went in. They called me and told me a check engine light showed back up when they were done with the transmission. After I had driven 3 hours one way to get it I saw it had a wrench light on and not a check engine light. I wrench light means power train failure. They said it was a shutter on my grill that had a bad connector. This would not turn on the wrench light. They told me it didn’t affect drivability. I had a Madison dealership look at it and they replaced the transmission pump and nothing else and now there’s no wrench light. At this point I’m not even sure the transmission was even bad in the first place or if Kocourek just shotguns parts at vehicles till the problem is fixed. Save your money take your vehicle elsewhere. Also I called them and tried to get them to help me resolve this and they told me that they can’t do anything. More

It, however, was not fine, rather than the 76 mile charge that the 2013 Ford Focus Electric should have, I discovered far too late that it has only a 67 mile charge. This is important, because I was driving from Green Bay, and there are no EV chargers within a comfortable distance. I found a hotel in Shawano, Wisconsin, which was 63 miles from the Wausau dealership. I specifically spoke to several employees about my range anxiety, but that I was okay, because with a 76 mile charge, I would be able to get to Shawano safely. I spoke to at least 3 separate employees involved in the process, employees who knew that the car's maximum distance was only 67 miles. When I got into the car, and once again spoke about my range anxiety, I was told that everything was fine, that the numbers looked low, because it has been sitting, but they would reset when driving. I drove off the lot and then promptly ran out of energy on my way to Shawano and was left stranded on the side of the road in the middle of absolute nowhere. The employees absolutely knew that I would not make it to my destination, and at no point did they say anything that might jeopardize the sale, or make more work for them. I was left in an incredibly dangerous situation because of it, and a $300 tow bill later, I finally did arrive in Shawano. So, to recap, the employees failed to mention, after being repeatedly asked, that the battery had a degraded capacity, and they sent me on a busy road during rush hour traffic with a car they knew would never be able to arrive at the only place to charge an electric car for 100 miles. I will never shop there again, and I will tell this awful story about Kocourek Ford to as many people as I can, for years, because it represents the single worst customer service experience of my life.
