It's the friendly atmosphere, the smooth transition from purchasing your vehicle to receiving the keys, the knowledgeable & helpful sales woman Maria and the manager Frank who go above and beyond what you would expect them to in order to make your buying experience a pleasure. Our 2017 Explorer is everything we were looking for and even more than we could have ever imagined. We needed one with a tow package and Frank got on the computer located one and got it for us. Maria walked us through the paperwork, taught us the in's and out's of all the new standard gadgets, and synced the phone. Every question that you may have is treated with the utmost respect.
