I headed over to take a look at it, and after arriving on the dealership lot, I met Ricky Pagan in the sales department. Ricky gave me a tour and a test drive of the vehicle without any unnecessary sales pitches or gimmicks. He was upfront and to the point, and after the test drive was over, we headed into the sales floor. We discussed our options, I made an offer, and now I’m the new vehicle owner. The whole process took about an hour from start to finish. Excellent salespeople to work with. I had to buy another used car because mine cost too much to fix to pass inspection. I looked at many other dealerships but didn't find anything that compared to the quality that Koch had. Plus they were so much easier to deal with. I was trading my car in and Rick gave me an estimate of my car and how much the car I was looking at would be within a matter of minutes. They didn't drag it out like other dealerships I dealt with. Buying a car can be very stressful and they made it very pleasant. They even let me drive the car for the weekend to make sure I liked it before I bought it. Very happy with my purchase and my experience with Rick and everyone else I talked to. Would recommend them to anyone. More
