2019 Ford Ranger I have nothing but praise to describe Koch Bethlehem Ford. Ricky Pagan took an interest in selling me a new Ranger and because of that, he received I have nothing but praise to describe Koch Bethlehem Ford. Ricky Pagan took an interest in selling me a new Ranger and because of that, he received my order. Other sales people at other dealers never bothered to follow up my initial visit. Ricky made it unnecessary for me to contact the other dealers The new truck was a factory order. I was promised 8-12 weeks. It came in at nine weeks. When it came in, I was recovering from a foot surgical operation and unable to drive. Ricky brought the paperwork to my home. When it was time for delivery, he brought the Ranger to my home and took my trade back with him. The truck specifications were correct in all ways. Ricky knows his product line and was very helpful in helping me spec out the truck. After delivery, he was very helpful in showing me the correct operation of the new Ranger. More
