Honest, Professional, and Reliable I am giving this dealership a 5 Star for my overall experience buying a new car from start to finish. This all started with me looking online and see I am giving this dealership a 5 Star for my overall experience buying a new car from start to finish. This all started with me looking online and seeing a managers special on a 2016 Edge SEL. Was on promo almost 4G's below KBB..with Low Mileage!! I was not sure I could afford this car but it was so nice I had to see what my options were. I sent an email late in the evening. Next morning I got a call around 9:30am from Harley Davidson, Sales Manager(LOVE THE NAME) about my inquiry. He left a message and shot me an email with a personalized video showing me the details of the car. Great touch with the video. I responded mid day and he set me up with appointment with Ricky. NO constant calling and emailing over and over way early in the morning. Next I came into the dealership on a Friday evening after work. Only had about an hour to see what my situation was on my trade-in, ect. Ricky came to the door and personally greeted me and first asked what I was wanting. I gave them my ideal payment and they went to work on doing the best they could to meet that expectation. His new colleague David Mascari was very helpful and even reached out by email the next day to thank me for my time. With it being the end of the day on a Friday the offers from the bank were nill so I did have to come back the next day. On my way home, a bank did call and I was going to turn around a head back to dealership but Harley suggested to wait and see what all offers come in the next day to get the best one. Harley reached out the next morning to say I did get an approval near my budget. My payments were a little over what I wanted but totally worth it. This process was on point from beginning to end. Again, Special thanks to Ricky, Harley, and David for making my day!! More
