Told the service advisor not to rotate my tires as I just purchased them. He went out to the service tech to advise him not to rotate. When my service was done, the advisor stated it was to late and the tire purchased them. He went out to the service tech to advise him not to rotate. When my service was done, the advisor stated it was to late and the tires were rotated. I watched the service and never saw any rotation. I need to get a refund and I am very disappointed in the service dept. More
