Price was reasonable (though it's never low enough, am I right?) and their financing was able to get me a loan at a lower interest rate for the same term than the pre-approved loan I came in with. I would definitely recommend Koch Bethlehem Ford, Courtney and Rich. More

Told the service advisor not to rotate my tires as I just purchased them. He went out to the service tech to advise him not to rotate. When my service was done, the advisor stated it was to late and the tire purchased them. He went out to the service tech to advise him not to rotate.
