I needed a car so I called Ford. I spoke to Royce about what would I like in particular and he said I think I can help you come over to Ford. I got there and everyone was friendly. I had my 2007 ford edge tooken there to get fixed and it wasn't fixable it needed a new engine so courtney Johnson and her staff went above and beyond to get me and my family in to the 2016 Subaru outback s wasn't fixable it needed a new engine so courtney Johnson and her staff went above and beyond to get me and my family in to the 2016 Subaru outback so that way I could get back and for th to work and to be able provide for my family the service team also did an excellent job to and all the sales team did an excellent job they are all the greatest team members that you have and I couldn't have done it with out them and when I'm for ready to get another car in the near future weather for trade in or to finance another veichel I'm definitely come back to Bethlehem ford dealership and getting another car from here again they let me and my family have fresh new start and another begging and another chapter to our life I couldn't of done it with out courtney Johnson and her team members thank you again for all that you guys had did for me and my family and I and my family deeply appreciate it and keep the great work and great service the great job that you guys do than you again More

Just purchased a a Ford Escape, the dealership is a ten star dealership. Everyone there is friendly, and professional. NO PRESSURE SALES from the salesman at this place. I called and spoke to Dave regarding a vehicle we were looking to purchase. He went above and beyond to get me the information I needed. I came down to meet with Ray in sales. Let me tell you...hands down the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Warmth and friendliness exuded from him and I never felt like he was trying to talk me in to something I did not want. He was not there the next day so we met with Royce to make our final decision and complete the paperwork. Again...stellar service and incredible to deal with! Royce made what is usually a very frustrating time and complete pleasure. Signing paperwork with finance was again...wonderful! This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with! We will be moving all of our service here and purchasing any future cars from them as well. We are already talking to a friend about going here to purchase a car too. Don't go anywhere else! More
