If I could give Zero stars I would. This dealer took full advantage of my son when he bought his car recently from them. First of all it was a recent trade in and they did not do a proper inspection of full advantage of my son when he bought his car recently from them. First of all it was a recent trade in and they did not do a proper inspection of the vehicle before even allowing their sales team to sell it. It took one week until they allowed my son to even take the car off the lot because of a tire pressure sensor. Now only 3 weeks later all of a sudden a brake line is bad and they wont fix the car without it costing my son $$$ which he shouldnt have to pay for because if they would have done the proper inspection of the car they wanted to sell and he wouldnt have this problem. I will not be recommending anyone to this dealer. I have every right to get a lawyer involved. My husband was going to purchase a brand new F250 from this dealer but now we will go to Nazareth Ford or to Gilboy and give them our business. Oh, How about today My son showing me that they knew about the brake line before they sold it to him and never bothered to fix it. They should be ashamed of themselves for ruining a great experience for a kid making his first Adult purchase. They should give him his money back that he just paid them. I also have a friend who has bought a car last year and she also has had problems with the whole KOCH dealerships. Her car practically blew up and they made her pay for the repairs as well after only owning the vehicle not even 30 days. BUYERS BEWARE More

I was always afraid to go to a car dealership because I thought the process would be long and hard and I would probably end up paying a ridiculous amount of money to lease a car . She said she got a new car with a low down payment, and her monthly payments weren’t high. She said the process was not long at all and assured me I had nothing to fear. So I took a chance and went to Bethlehem Ford. I got a deal I never imagined I could get. Royce was very professional, informative and kind. Overall I had an amazing experience , and drove home in the car I wanted. Royce was awesome! And he has phone chargers so your phone won’t die :) More
