If you know how it works you basically get a prorated refund the time you trade or sell. Ive gone thru this process before and never ever had this much trouble. I’ve sent my bill of sale and odometer discloser over two different times and waited for a refund after it was taken care of and nothing. Called General manager (Geoff) after he asked me to call him !!! And immediately shoved me off to finance again since it wasn’t his department?? Called Geoff again and left a voicemail 2-13-21 and yet to call me back. I’ve been very patient, very cordial on the phone. I’m not normally someone who will make a complaint but I’ve started researching how to contact Ford. Very soon I’ll be taking a day off of work and driving 2 hrs if it’s the only way they will help me out. Please Call me back, you should have my number in voicemail, and email.
