I had an issue with the engine at 5000 miles and called the service department and talked to Kevin and was told I had to wait a week to get the vehicle in for it to be looked at. I then received a call fro the service department and talked to Kevin and was told I had to wait a week to get the vehicle in for it to be looked at. I then received a call from Adam Weber and he asked me to bring the car in for a diagnosis. Adam explained to me the course of action and he got me ready to test a theory Adam had. The trouble shooting theory was correct as he found that the vehicle had a fault coil. He replaced it and the vehicle is back to normal. The whole staff at Bethlehem Ford from the gentleman who sold me the car, gunnery Carwheel and Jeff who extended the generous offer on the car, to Adam in service. I truly have found a great dealership. More
