I wasn’t prepared to make a purchase the day of the test drive but she made sure to foll is a wonderful salesperson!! Very professional and thorough. I wasn’t prepared to make a purchase the day of the test drive but she made sure to follow up with me daily along with Geoff the general manager and without being pushy at all. On the day I picked up my new truck they all made sure the process was as easy as possible. Justin the financing manager made sure to throughly explain everything to me and made that process a breeze. Courtney gave me a tour of the service department and introduced me to the reps and even made sure to follow up with me the following day to make sure I didn’t have any questions after having the truck for a day. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend her and Bethlehem Ford to anyone looking for a new Ford or a used vehicle!! More

Sadly this might be the only way to get them to respond. Buyers Beware!!!! I have about had it with this dealership. I’m done calling only to get voice mail or shoved off to someone who will “take car Buyers Beware!!!! I have about had it with this dealership. I’m done calling only to get voice mail or shoved off to someone who will “take care of it”. I’ve been trying to cancel my extended warranties, gap and insurances on a car I traded. If you know how it works you basically get a prorated refund the time you trade or sell. Ive gone thru this process before and never ever had this much trouble. I’ve sent my bill of sale and odometer discloser over two different times and waited for a refund after it was taken care of and nothing. Called General manager (Geoff) after he asked me to call him !!! And immediately shoved me off to finance again since it wasn’t his department?? Called Geoff again and left a voicemail 2-13-21 and yet to call me back. I’ve been very patient, very cordial on the phone. I’m not normally someone who will make a complaint but I’ve started researching how to contact Ford. Very soon I’ll be taking a day off of work and driving 2 hrs if it’s the only way they will help me out. Please Call me back, you should have my number in voicemail, and email.
