Ford Koch Bethlehem was quite the experience. Royce was amazing and aided us through the 2 week nightmare that was our reality! He didn’t have much control because he wasn’t in management but he made sure amazing and aided us through the 2 week nightmare that was our reality! He didn’t have much control because he wasn’t in management but he made sure we left with a good car. The car in this picture isn’t the car we have today. That Kia Soul was sold to us under the pretense that it worked properly. The car made these sounds that were similar to a power saw a mechanic would use. We didn’t even want the Kia Soul to begin with but we were convinced otherwise. Had we not brought the Kia Soul back that day we’d be stuck with it. They failed to communicate that the car wasn’t used for a while. They then tried giving us a Nissan the following week while we held on to a loaner (which is now our car) but the Nissan also had problems while driving. At this point we wanted to terminate our services with Ford Koch Bethlehem but they sold our trade in so we could be FORCED to buy a car with them. we went back and fourth with the manager but we had no other options. We came in saying we didn’t want a long term loan and ended up getting just that. Thanks Ford Bethlehem. More
