I've been using Young Mazda for almost four years after a bad experience with a different dealer. I've worked with Bob the longest at Young. He's easy to talk to and always keeps me in the loop. My wife and I own three Mazdas that drive a combined 50,000 mi/yr. Bob knows me by just the sound of my voice on the phone. I've been happy with the quality of their work, and I have never had a bad workmanship issue with them. Prices are fair and, if you pay attention, the dealership provides good coupons. When I drop a car off, Bob always calls me to explain what's going on, and if there is any special work that needs to be done. The car's always ready on time. Special note for their guys who do glass work. I've had two windshields replaced over the years. Never a problem, and I know that isn't an easy job. I trust Bob. Even more impressive, my wife trusts him. My wife trusts NO ONE in the car industry. The fact that she likes and trusts Bob is a testament to him. More
Everytime I had any service done, everything went perfectly. The customer service that I received has been exceptional. I recommend this dealer to everyone I know. I have purchased over ten (10) Volkswagens from this dealership. Yes - Ten (10)! They have always treated me fairly and honestly both in sales and in service. They have been helpful in keeping me apprised of all warranty and manufacturer equipment issues, and have been proactive in keeping my cars in top level performance. My son still drives a 2002 Jetta with over 200,000 miles, and it is as close to an indestructible vehicle that can be made. More
The transition from the sales person to the service manager was seamless. The entire staff is friendly, and goes out of their way to see that the customer is satisfied. Young VW is a second generation owed business and when there I feel like a member of the family. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. The building is clean and spacious. Rest rooms are spotless there I feel like a member of the family. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. The building is clean and spacious. Rest rooms are spotless & well stocked. If I could choose zero I would, but web site does not allow it. The sales department is the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. They don't come through with what was promised, and basically pus allow it. The sales department is the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. Failed to find problem with my car, probably because it was ALMOST off warranty.Perhaps they'll find it when the warranty runs out!!!! In the past I've boughten Six New cars, all VW s . Salesman was pretty good. He made sure we tested out all the features of the car. It was just that guy in finance that I did not care for. I was greeted in a timely manner by a salesman that was not only friendly but knowledgable about the product. He took time to address my needs and concerns, and he sat down to go over the whole process wit not only friendly but knowledgable about the product.
