After waiting several weeks for a recall part they called and scheduled a date for repair. I also told them at this time that the fuel door wasn't opening and the check engine light was on. When i went to pick it up i was told that they ordered the wrong recall part, huh?, and that they fixed the check engine light issue, really?, and get this , I would have the leave my fuel door cracked open to get my fingers behind it to open, OMG. SOOO I thought I remember test driving a couple VW's at Young VW and really liked the clean looks of the place so I will give them a chance to assist me. WELL let me say, WOW!, The service manager, Mike Rodriguez, called me within a week to say the recall part was in. I scheduled it for that week. While on my way to drop the car off the check engine light came back on, go figure. He was very attentive to everything! He called me to say the engine light was on because no one ever preformed the 20,000 mile service, he had the right part for the recall and even fixed my gas cap opener under warranty. WHAT A HUGE difference. You guys at Young have restored my belief in Volkswagon products and suffice it to say you have gained a loyal customer for life. Frank Massaro More
