Everyone was very efficient and courteous and attended to my problem in a very profesional manner. The problem was found and taken care of. They allso did several several re-calls that were pending. I also checked with the Body Shop when I droped of my vehicle fore service as that same mourning I had almost taken a bad hit to the left front wheel area and needed to have it checked out.I also wanted to have pin striping done while my Jetta was there, and inquired about it. This was all scedualed and done very efficiently. Thank You one and all. More

My car was there for "routine" servicing, but John reminded me that a recall service was also necessary, and took care of that while I was there. I appreciated the reminder. Being treated with courtesy and respect is a "given" at the VW service desk and I always appreciate that. That is not necessarily so at other places! I originally took my VW EOS to Gilboy's in Allentown I originally took my VW EOS to Gilboy's in Allentown because they gave me the lowest cost on having a second key programed for it. After waiting s I originally took my VW EOS to Gilboy's in Allentown because they gave me the lowest cost on having a second key programed for it. After waiting several weeks for a recall part they called and scheduled a date for repair. I also told them at this time that the fuel door wasn't opening and the check engine light was on. When i went to pick it up i was told that they ordered the wrong recall part, huh?, and that they fixed the check engine light issue, really?, and get this , I would have the leave my fuel door cracked open to get my fingers behind it to open, OMG. SOOO I thought I remember test driving a couple VW's at Young VW and really liked the clean looks of the place so I will give them a chance to assist me. WELL let me say, WOW!, The service manager, Mike Rodriguez, called me within a week to say the recall part was in. I scheduled it for that week. While on my way to drop the car off the check engine light came back on, go figure. He was very attentive to everything! He called me to say the engine light was on because no one ever preformed the 20,000 mile service, he had the right part for the recall and even fixed my gas cap opener under warranty. WHAT A HUGE difference. You guys at Young have restored my belief in Volkswagon products and suffice it to say you have gained a loyal customer for life. Frank Massaro More
