I was referred to the Collision Center by my insurance company. Who better to fix the car than the dealer right? WRONG!!!! My car has been there for 7 weeks and all I've gotten was jerked around. Collision & service department seem to have no communication with each other. The first 2 weeks it was there was wasted because they ordered a transmission that didn't need to be replaced. Apparently no one assessed it properly when it arrived. Unbelievable! Do yourself a favor and avoid the Collision Center. Unless you enjoy being without a car for 2 months! More

Volkswagen Young just lost a 10 year customer . Absolutely awful experience with YOUNG Volkswagen . Was involved in a motor vehicle accident on November 23 2021. Estimate was approved on November 30 and estimated time of completion was December 6. It is now December 27th my car is untouched , no parts are on back order they keep telling me “ this week we will bring it in. I keep getting the same runaround . I was told twice that my car was in service getting worked on . Thankfully I drive past this place every day. Saw my car has not moved not once from where I left it on November 23rd! I don’t recommend at all. They will not cover the cost of my rental . Mind you THIS IS A BRAND NEW 2020 Tiguan that I BOUGHT HERE. They are telling me I’m SOL . They refuse to help me with a rental . So I’m pretty much completely screwed. Don’t buy from this dealer , don’t get service done and absolutely avoid their collision center. I’m so tired of all the excuses. This dealership is awful, customer service is awful . I hate being lied to and taken advantage of in this place absolutely does that. More
Very easy process purchasing our new Tiguan. Inventory was flying and they gave us a 24 hour hold on the vehicle. No pressure sales and Andrew really knew all the features of the Tiguan.
