The service department was VERY accommodating helpful and friendly! Due to being out of the area a lot with family situations/illness, my schedule has been crazy. Great customer service, very friendly service staff. I had a 60k maintenance done and all was good. Tony called me to see how my car was doing and if I had any other concerns. He was great! Very easy to schedule service on days & times I want for my car to be serviced. Easy location of business, arrival set up takes care of the customers with access to service and waiting areas. All out for my car to be serviced. Easy location of business, arrival set up takes care of the customers with access to service and waiting areas. All out of the norm for service is discussed prior to any work being competed and you know at check in roughly what your cost per service will be. Keeps the customer informed by communicating effectively as to what one should expect. Have been a VW owner for 30+ years and this is the best service practice to date. More

Yesterday, I experienced an unpleasant surprise when, upon startup, my battery gave out. After AAA got me running, I drove straight to Young VW and told Les Bussell about my problem. He said that the rep upon startup, my battery gave out. After AAA got me running, I drove straight to Young VW and told Les Bussell about my problem. He said that the repair would be finished tomorrow and suggested that I include the 50K mile service. I received a safe, comfortable ride home in the courtesy shuttle. This morning, I received a call from Les much earlier than expected. He told me that the battery was replaced, the 50K service was performed, and that I qualified for a 10% discount on my service bill. He gave me the chauffeur's number to call for pickup; within 45 minutes, I was driven back to Young VW to reclaim my car. The team at Young's has turned an unpleasant situation into a positive experience which underscores the caring, professional service for which Young VW is renowned. More
I brought my Volkswagon Passat for its 10000 mile service. I asked to have my front and rear defrost checked out. Vince was wonderful as a sales person he was very helpful and informative when it came to our purchase. I own two VW Jettas, a 2005 1/2 and 2011, the purchased at YOUNG VW. Both of these vehicle s are taken to YOUNG VW for ALL service and remain in the best of condition. I can rely upon YOUNG VW service dep at YOUNG VW. Both of these vehicle s are taken to YOUNG VW for ALL service and remain in the best of condition. I can rely upon YOUNG VW service department to keep me accurately and honestly advised about what services are due and always follow the advice I get from Tony and John.
