We went to Young to test drive a Mazda and a Volkswagen for our daughter and in my mind we were going to go back and purchase a Nissan. He was the perfect match for us; not pushy yet extremely informative and helpful with the entire process. The Volkswagen Jetta was a perfect choice for our daughter. The zero money down was a big selling point for us. The leasing representative was also very helpful with the process. The service guy who I spoke to and the people who worked on my car were extremly friendly and professional. However the lady who answers the phone to transfer you to the service dept needs an attitude adju on my car were extremly friendly and professional. When I called to find out if my car would be ready by 11:30am she nastily said " do you have an appointment ". I said yes I dropped my car off the previous night. She then told me " the services dept is busy with other customers" and didn't transfer my call. I explained to her that my appointment was at 8am and needed my car by 11:30 cause I had to leave for work by 1pm. Again with an attitude she said " I'll make sure they get the message ". Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but when I come to work. I leave my problems and attitude at the door. More
