Once again, the VW Service department exceeded our expectations. My car has ~175K and broke down on Saturday. AAA towed us to the dealership and left the car. On Monday, we received a call from Young and you could tell from the backround noise, it was a VERY busy day. Even with no appointment, they had my car diagnosed and the part en route by the end of business Monday. They then picked my wife up early Tuesday morning at our house to bring her to the car. It was was fixed - again! I can not say enough about our experience with the VW Service group at Young VW/Mazda. I have recommend friends to Young and they too have come to love the Service group. It is unfortunate that we required their services as often as we did and for this reason, I will not be replacing my 2008 Passat with another VW but I will never forget how well we were treated by them and how considerate they were of our time and our patronage. We were ALWAYS treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I can not recall the number of times Tony called me on my cell phone after a service appointment to be certain everything was taken care of. He understood that I communted over 150 miles per day and how critical the reliability of my car is to me. We were treated like family and will genuinely miss them. More

We always have a positive experience with Young's service department. They do their best to accommodate our needs for convenient service timing. Service and Employees are all excellent. My one complaint and the reason for my lowered "Overall Experience" Rating is that in the service waiting room and the dealership as a whole the music (Siri complaint and the reason for my lowered "Overall Experience" Rating is that in the service waiting room and the dealership as a whole the music (Sirius Holiday Music) was unbearably loud. For those of us waiting and trying to concentrate on work this unwanted distraction is intolerable. Even with noise canceling headphones the music could still be heard. I sat in a showroom because the waiting room was too crowded. I am no grinch, it was not the subject matter. I have noticed this problem before in other seasons. More
This was the third Mazda I purchased at Youngs, feel very comfortable with the dealership. My sales person was outstanding her name is Sherri Pfeiffer. She explained everything about the Mazda 6.
